Dur (Door) is a work specially created for the arcaded loggia in the 17th-century courtyard of Università degli Studi di Milano. It is composed of two cubic structures held in balance by a small cube placed in the middle of the space between them.
The two installations on display share the same rhythm and dissonances deriving from the contrast between the stability of the forms and tension in the ropes running through, constraining and connecting them together.
